Policies

The check-in time for all reservations is anytime after 3:00, pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. We offer self check in, so management may not always be available when you first arrive. If you require assistance with check-in, please notify us ahead of your arrival so we can make necessary arrangements. We will make every effort to personalize your stay, but early check in and late check-out are not always available. Extra charges may apply.

All reservations may be cancelled with no fees or charges if the cancellation is received 14 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation is made within this timeframe, all deposits will be refunded in the manner they were received. Cancellations that are not received 14 days prior to the arrival date are subject to full rate charges plus applicable taxes for the entire stay. We will make every effort to rebook your room, and offer a refund when applicable, but this is not always possible.

50 Lincoln Short North Bed and Breakfast is a 100% smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building. Also, the use of candles or other sources of open flames are not permitted. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, you will be charged a minimum of $250 for a cleaning fee at or after checkout. Other costs may be applicable for damage caused.

All published rates are for double occupancy (up to 2 guests per room per night). Some of our rooms accommodate more than two guests. Additional guests sharing a room will incur an extra guest room charge for each additional guest per night, up to the maximum allowable guests for your selected room.

In addition to the reserved room rate, all guests will be charged State of Ohio Sales Tax at 8% as well as City of Columbus Hotel Tax at 10%. If your stay qualifies as tax exempt, please be ready to provide all necessary completed forms and documentation if not already on file with us.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss they cause to the property. Guests may be charged for damaged, destroyed, or missing property as well as necessary or extraordinary cleaning fees.

All primary guests must be 21 years of age or older to confirm guestrooms at 50 Lincoln Short North Bed and Breakfast. A valid photo ID may be requested for age verification.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. No pets are allowed in any guestroom.

Please show respect to other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This request extends to all rooms and common areas. Guests who disturb other guests may be asked to leave and will not be provided a refund.

Parking in the lot behind our building is free and provided on a first-come first-serve basis. Please contact us if you need additional parking so we may provide you with additional parking options. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, or damage or loss of property left in vehicles.

We do offer a shared refrigerator specifically for guest use in the kitchen. Please respect other guests' items. We also offer use of an electric hot water kettle and microwave in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we cannot allow guests to use the oven or stove at any time. Please be respectful of others and clean up any mess you make in the kitchen or any common area.

For the safety of our staff and other guests, a valid photo ID may be requested on or before your arrival. All bookings will be charged the full amount on or before the day of check-in. A valid credit card must be on file prior to check-in. The bed and breakfast reserves the right to cancel any reservation that cannot provide valid payment or valid ID.

The card on file will be charged the full balance of your reservation payment up to 48 hours prior to check-in. Full payment is required prior to check-in.
