Choose a Room
All rooms are located on the second and third floors. Each one is uniquely furnished and all have their own private in-room full bathroom with a tub-shower combo.
Room 1
Room 1 is located on the second floor and features a king size bed, writing desk, refrigerator, and in-room coffee/tea. Two windows looking to the north and east provide plenty of natural light. This room also has a full in-room private bathroom complete with tub/shower combo, hairdryer, additional storage, & full size mirror.
Room 2
Room 2 is one of our largest guest suites, featuring a King size bed as well as a twin size day bed (pull out couch), work desk, sitting area, refrigerator, and in-room coffee/tea. Multiple windows facing west make this a bright and cheery suite. This room has a spacious in-room private bathroom complete with tub/shower combo and hairdryer.
Room 3
Room 3 is one of our largest suites. It is located on the second floor in the front of the building and offering lots of natural light. This suite features a king size bed, a twin trundle bed for extra guests, and bistro dining set overlooking Lincoln St below. The southern exposure of the front bay windows provide excellent year round lighting. This room has a large in-room private bathroom complete with tub/shower combo and hairdryer. It also features refrigerator and in-room coffee/tea. All of our guests are welcome to complimentary coffee/tea in the main parlor throughout the day, and access to use of the common spaces, such as the cocktail lounge and the back garden.
Room 4
Room 4 features a king size bed, work desk, & in-room coffee/tea set up. This room is cozy, but the south facing windows bring in plenty of warm light. This room also has a full in-room private bathroom complete with tub/shower combo and hairdryer.
Room 5
Room 5 is queen suite located on the third floor and features a queen size bed, work station, bistro dining set, refrigerator, and in-room coffee/tea. Light fills this unique room through an east facing skylight and small floor windows. This room features a full in-room bathroom complete with tub/shower combo and hairdryer.
Room 6
Room 6 is a queen suite located on the third floor and is a mirror image of Room 5. It has a queen size bed, work desk, and small secretary desk, refrigerator, and in-room coffee/tea. The west facing skylight fills the room with warm afternoon light. This room also features a full in-room bathroom complete with tub/shower combo and hairdryer.
Room 7
Room 7 on the third floor is a large suite with a queen size bed and twin sized bed. The unique layout of this room provides a partition wall between the sleeping areas for a bit of privacy. An eastern skylight, southern gable window, and floor windows provide plenty of natural light. This room also has a full private in-room bathroom complete with tub/shower combo and hairdryer.
Book the Entire Home
For larger groups, we allow guests to book the entire home! You will have access to all 7 guests suites, including sleeping arrangements for 16+ people and you will be able to utilize the common spaces, including the main parlor (breakfast room), cocktail lounge, and rear garden. Feel too to host meetings, gatherings, group meals, etc! Our manager will still serve home breakfast every day for all guests. If you choose to host a meal or gathering, please notify our manager so she can help coordinate.
